What happens after I place my order?
As soon as we receive your order we will contact you back with the full amount of your purchase, shipping and payment instructions. When payment is verified we will proceed with shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank deposit or transfer and PayPal. We also support cash on delivery for an additional charge.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order. We pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process and our standard shipping method is by ELTA mail. In case you prefer us to ship your order with courier please advise us.
For shipping inside Greece: orders are normally delivered in 1-5 working days following posting. According to the latest ELTA pricelist we offer the following services with surcharge of the basic fees:
- Registered mail: +1.90€
- Express: +1.50€
- Cash on delivery: +2.30€
For International shipping: orders are normally delivered to European Union countries in 1-5 working days following the day of their posting and to the rest of the World in 3-10 days. According to the latest ELTA pricelist we offer the following services with surcharge on the basic fees:
- Registered mail: +2.50€
- Express: +2.20€
- Cash on delivery: +2.30€

When is my order expected to arrive?
For shipping inside Greece: orders are normally delivered in 1-5 working days following posting.
For International shipping: orders are normally delivered to European Union countries in 1-5 working days and to the rest of the World in 3-10 days.
How soon before you ship my order?
After you place an order with us and your payment is verified, please allow 1-3 business days for us to ship your order. Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship. We will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You should receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse. You may also reach out to email@example.com for more questions regarding the status of your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We’re proud of what we make and we believe that you will love our products too. However, we recognize that not every product will work for every customer so we’ve made it easy for you to try our stuff without any risk.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. No, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have your receipt, or if the product has been used (in fact we hope you’ve tried it). We will happily refund your purchase or, send you a different product that works for you.

What if a product arrives damaged or broken?
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation.
Do you have a brick & mortar store?
Our base is located in Porto Rafti, Attica Greece. For the time being our laboratory is not open for visiting but if you are in the neighborhood let us know! We would love to meet you and discuss all your questions.
